SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

For service and repair requests, ie; DCC conversions, repairs, lighting upgrades, etc..., please contact us using this form.HustleDude Model Trains is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.  

Do not send your item(s) to us without approval from the repair dept.  *Before you ship your item(s) to us for service, you will be notified with your repair quote which will include all fees and return shipping.

All items should be packed to assure no damage is incurred during shipping. Please insure all packages and avoid shipping methods or carriers that do not provide tracking.

All merchandise is the responsibility of the shipper until it arrives at HustleDude. Moreover, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Warranty only applies as described by the product manufacturer and on products accompanied by a dated proof of purchase.

Warranty service or replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).  For full warranty information and warranty claims, please refer to your product manual and contact the manufacturer.

*All services are charged a minimum of a 2 hours of labor at $25 USD per hour. Additional costs may apply for parts, shipping, and other fees are your responsibility and are additional to labor charges.   Payment for services must be paid within 30 days.  Nonpayment can result in the confiscation of equipment. The customer is responsible for all brokerage fees, duties, and taxes associated with the service and shipment of products.
